June Counterfeit Challenge #2 - Using Paint

It's time for the second Counterfeit Kit challenge for June.  The challenge is to use paint.

I did a quick, journal-only page about our Mega-Millions fever earlier this year.  If you happen to be one of the winners, I am available for adoption! Don't tell my dad. :)

I had some dark blue paint in my kit, so I just used it to make a couple of grounded spots on the light color page and built my embellishments on top. I wanted to keep the page pretty flat, so the paint allowed me to keep it one-layer flatter than it would be if I had used paper there.

Thanks for visiting!  Check the Counterfeit Kit blog for links to other Master Forger examples for this challenge.

  1. I'd never have thought to use navy paint here but it looks just great. Really like the design and the pop of colour from the letters is great.
