Counterfeit Kit Challenge: Mini (Card?) Kit

Welcome March!

Looking for a Counterfeit Kit? Well, you're in the right place.  If you've been hopping through the Master Forger kits today, you've reached the end of the line.  As you've probably seen, our inspiration kit for this month is a kit from Noel Mignon.

And for my own kit, I used some of the color inspiration and made a mini kit:
Back in mid-February, right before our vacation, I put together this kit for March.  As I looked at all the great stuff in the inspiration kit, I started pulling lots of things from my stash. But at some point I realized that I needed to seriously reign it in.  I still had/have my full February kit to tackle (mostly planned that way; I knew I didn't have much scrapping time in February), and I can't forget that gigantic November kit that's waiting for my attention for my December Daily project.  Throw in the other dozen projects I want to tackle, and I just didn't need another big kit right now.

So I started over, this time focusing on a few packs of embellishments and just a 6x6 pad of paper.  I love the happy oranges and yellows, and I already did a page with some of the kit contents. I may use the rest of the kit for some project life catch up, a couple of regular pages, or maybe even some cards.  Something obtainable.  We'll see how the month goes!

  5. Oh I love this. I have a little Websters Pages "Sprinkle" mini tucked inside my larger kit. Hoping to get through it this month. Beautiful kit.

  9. Funny, I am planning to incorporate part sheets and 6x6 sheets this month, for the first time, to keep the kit from becoming overwhelming. Thank you for blazing the trail.

  10. Good on you for making a realistic-sized kit for what you can handle at the moment. It may be small but I think it still packs a punch for awesomeness!

  12. A card kit - what a good idea. I'm in a similar position myself with kits to finish 3 albums I don't need another right now.
